SM Series Diamond Compact Used in Mine Drilling

SouthDiamod PDC use self developed and produced high quality diamond micro powder as its raw material, and adopt unique cubic press HTHP synthesizing technology to sinter diamond and hard metal alloy into super hard composites at high temperature and pressure, which possess the features of firm combination between polycrystalline layer and hard metal alloy, together with D-D covalent bond conjunction in diamond particles. We divide PDC products into three types according to different applications: diamond compact SO series used as drills of petroleum and gas, diamond compact ZK series used as tool cutting and diamond compact SM series used as drills of mines.

SM series diamond compact is a composite made up of diamond and hard metal alloy, which designed for mining ,geological exploration, various rocks and refractory material processing, possess good impact resistance and wear resistance, which has plane tooth, sulciform tooth, uniform radiation tooth and other types for clients to choose from. SM series is suitable for core and non-core bit in the drilling of complex formation as well as the cutting of various rocks and refractory material.
